Q. What does yacht service include?
A.This package includes 4 hours at sea on a beautiful sailboat, yacht or catamaran (according to your choice) with crew, snorkel equipment, ice, bottled water, soft drinks, beers (24 to 48.). Snacks: Guacamole with chips and fresh ceviche, port taxes and liability insurance. The tour is south of Los Arcos or north of Piedra Blanca. Tip or ground transportation to the Navy not included. Includes an inflatable swan or flamingo depending on availability, both are owned by Bride's Squad and are placed at your disposal at no extra cost.

Q. I want one of your packages! What’s next?
A. Please send via email the package of your choice, number of girls in your Squad and date of the trip. We will check availability and rates and we will send you the quotation. If there were any changes we would let you know immediately. After confirming availability and rates, we will send our service contract, attachments and travel schedule to the group’s contact, this person is the link between your squad and us. The representative of the group should read the contract carefully, and in case of further questions you can contact us through email and we will gladly solve them. If there are no more doubts, we will ask you to send us the signed contract, rubric on each sheet and signature at the end. We will do the same, we will sign it and send it back so that we both have a copy.
Q. What is the form of payment?
A. Bank transfer, from the US trough “The New York Mellon” bank. Full amount can be made in two payments. After signing the contract first payment must be made. With this first payment we will book the apartment or hotel of your choice. Last payment must be made 20 business days before your arrival. For better control, we ask the squad to make both deposits through your representative. Once each deposit is made, please send a picture of the deposit, we will confirm with the bank and we will send you a receipt.
Q. When should I book my date?
A. The sooner the better! We need minimun 20 business days to make all the arrangements and the package should be paid all at once. If you choose an apartment, please book in advance to guarantee availability
Q. What if we sign a contract and then more girls join our group?
A. The more the merrier! Your original contract is based on the amount of girls you first submitted. If you include more girls to your group a new contract will be sent including the new addition(s). You will be required to pay the difference of the new package when you make your last payment (20 business days before your arrival). We will not accept new additions less than 30 calendar days before you arrival. NOTE: IF SOMEONE IN YOUR GROUP CAN NO LONGER TRAVEL WITH YOU, YOU WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
Q. What kind of apartments do they offer?
A.We only work with apartments that have a view and access to the sea, mainly in Icon. However if the dates you request are no longer available we have negotiations with other developments; Peninsula, Portofino, Bay View Grand, Grand Venetian, among others. Our apartments are fully equipped and furnished, cleaning at check-in and exit included. Remember, packages include: decoration with balloons, two bottles of sparkling wine and the necessary supplies to make mimosas, jelly shots and sushi upon your arrival (order of 8 rolls per person). The same applies for the villas, except NOT INCLUDE. We also have the option of 3 and 5 star hotels to choose according to your budget, in this case, the “Bride to be” will have a room decorated with balloons and a special amenity is sent to that room. We will also include jelly shots upon your arrival.
Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit for the apartment?
A.Yes, the security deposit is payable in cash upon arrival and is 100% refundable provided that the apartment is in the same condition as it was delivered, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 business days after Check out, to an account that you kindly provide us. The amount of the deposit will depend on the apartment chosen. The group’s representative is responisble for providing the rules to the rest of the group as well as damage rates. If there is any damage to the property, it will be deducted from the security deposit.
Q. Where is the photoshoot?
A. The shoot takes place on the front beach of your hotel or apartment. except for the Grand Fiesta Americana Hotel, for those cases an alternate location will be chosen. tThe schedule for the photoshoot is determined by the photographer. For the final photographs, no Photoshop is used, except lighgh and shadows.
Q. What brands of alcoholic beverages are included in the clubs and what are the restrictions?
A. In Morelos Bar you have a free bottle. You can choose from the following brands: White Bacardi, Herradura Antiguo Tequila, Absolut Vodka or Johnnie Walker Red Label and also have a round of free shots. The club provide what kind of shots it serves to the group. Courtesy valid until 23:00hrs. Does not include mixers, transportation or tips. In Abolengo a free national drink is included. The bar will provide the options available. Transportation, additional drinks and tips are not inluded. Courtesy valid until 23:00hrs. In Santa and Mandala, they will provide two bottles of the same brand + 1 round of shots. The bottles to choose from are: Captain Morgan White, Tradicional Reposado, Absolut Azul, Ballantines Finest and Chivas 12. Bottles valid before 24:00hrs at La Santa and before 23:30hrs in Mandala. Transportation, additional drinks and tips are not inluded. In Morelos Bar, La Santa and Mandala, table is reserved without cover.

Q. Do you also organize bachelor parties?
A. Yes, of course. We also organize them by modifying certain articles to make it appropiate for the guys. If it´s a birthday trip, contact us as well 😉
Q. Do the packages include airfare?
A. No, none of our packages include airline or bus tickets.
Q. I already have a hotel, I just want your bachelorette services, can you provide?
A. Of course, at Bride's Squad we accommodate to your needs.
